## Questions & Answers

**Q: does this cooler push air into the underneath of a laptop or pull it away? as my fans are underneath so need something thats blowing into them.**
A: I can confirm the air is sucked from beneath the tray and pushed up through the tray onto the bottom of the laptop. Because the fans are detachable it is possible to install them on top of the tray instead of beneath to suck instead of blow but this would result in an uneven surface for the laptop to sit on

**Q: Is this cooler suitable for use on a person's laptop or on a tabletop?**
A: The cooler is on my tabletop, and my laptop is on top of the cooler. it works well.

**Q: Hi, could you please advise a rough estimate to when this item may be expected back in stock? Many Thanks.**
A: If you are able to order it for a later delivery date, order it, things usually miraculously appear within days.

**Q: Is this good for the lenovo l340 gaming laptop ?**
A: It's good, but honestly the U3 PLUS is a more logical choice given the I340's asymmetrical heat blooms along the bottom plate.
