Review: Best Diffuser Out There - I bought this diffuser from Organic Aromas to replace an inferior look alike Diffuser that was so noisy I had to turn the tv up when it was on! The Organic Aromas Diffuser arrived next day as promised and is more a work of sat than a Diffuser. It is also whisper quiet. Unfortunately there was a problem with the pump and it was producing next to no mist. I contacted the company via their web chat and they responded immediately, after a few diagnostic investigations they told me the pump was the problem. A new pump was sent out straight away expedited delivery and arrived within 3 days. The diffuser now works perfectly. This is one of the few companies I have come across that produce superior quality goods and have the superior customer service to go with it. Don't make the mistake I did trying to save money going for the cheap version it's not worth it, I would highly recommend this diffuser as it not only looks great but produces a great aromatic mist.

Well made and stylish, more importantly it is also incredibly quick and efficient at dispersing essential oil into the air. Easily powerful enough to cover a large space I actually run it near its lowest setting in my front room and the oils can still be smelt in the hallway and nearest room. The motor is audible when close but is an acceptable low hum. Originally I was looking at all the cheaper diffusers that work by humidifying water but I didn't like the idea of constantly adding more moisture into the house. I gradually researched further up the price bracket until finding this and I think it's perfect and worth the extra cost compared to the plastic water-filled units. Note that the LED lights in the glass bowl will constantly cycle through different primary colours when the nebuliser is in use and they cannot be turned off. If you want a unit with the lights disabled it has to be done at the factory before shipment, so you have to buy from the manufacturer Organic Aromas direct and not via desertcart.

A: I got mine from Amazon UK too and it
had the correct plug. I'd send it back otherwise you'll have to get an adapter.

**Q: How long can you have it on**
A: Hi Tiss,hi there! thanks for your message today. we appreciate your interest very much. please remember we absolutely stand by our products and we are always here to support. so to answer your question, the machine is pre-programmed to operate for 2 minutes ON and then "rest" for 1 minute OFF in a cycle back and forth for a period of 2 hours. At 2 hours, the device will automatically shut down (but the light will remain on). if you want to use it again for another 2 hours you only need to switch the knob off and then back on again and it will start to diffuse for another 2 hours. we only caution you against over-exposure to essential oils. since our nebulizing diffuser is emitting only pure essential oil it is very potent and strong. you can experiment with it first and find a system that fits you, but generally speaking, you do not need diffuse for hours and hours on end because the scent is just very strong. this is unlike a plastic water diffuser and should not be compared to those. you will have a different experience with this unit.let me know if you have any questions we are happy to respond. thanks and sincerely,ChadOrganic Aromas

**Q: Is it cordless?**
A: Hi Nathgf, good question! While it might appear like that in some of the product photos if you study our site or videos you can see that this nebulizing diffuser unit is indeed plugged in with a cord to a normal wall plug. The machine can operate on both 110 or 220 volt systems without a problem and the cord is approximately 1.5 meters long. We would put the appropriate UK wall plug for you in the diffuser box if you were to purchase via Amazon UK.
