With that experience I bought the larger size. First of all I would say it is extremely important to season the pan as stated in the instructions, but that is the case with many pans. I have had no problems at all with sticking. I've cooked many things in it and they have all been perfect without any oil or fat at all (fried eggs, pancakes, omelettes, bacon, sausages etc). The other benefit is that it cooks evenly across the full surface of the pan. That helps someone like me who is culinary challenged and needs all the help they can get.
