It does not taste burnt but yet full of roasted notes and a fine sweetness thata not too much and not too little. I have not had any other coffee since that can compete. A: Hello，I got one. I didn't see "2 tins" when I bought it.

**Q: What grind settings do you use for this coffee?  I have wasted a whole tin trying to dial it in.  I cannot find any good settings.  I'm using a sage.**
A: Well, depends. If you are making an espresso, which this bean is for, you want a fine grind usually. But if you want to use it in a french press, then one wants a course grind.

The best coffee in my opinion. I like my coffee strong and full of flavour with bold notes and this does the job. It does not taste burnt but yet full of roasted notes and a fine sweetness thata not too much and not too little. I have not had any other coffee since that can compete. Its an all rounder where it holds its own in irish coffees and cold brews and still give ypu a tender coffee flavor that fills the kitchen with the aroma.

Always an excellent bean to fall back on, consistent with a great aroma and a delicious taste. I do prefer it packed in foil as opposed to the tin cans. Also an excellent price in the spring sale
