When it arrived it was "hard" which I assumed was from being unused so I washed it following the instructions on the label. Afterwards it was still stiff. It has unfortunately been very uncomfortable to sleep in (had it for about two weeks now) so I'm seriously considering throwing it away. I've bought better quality bedsets from IKEA for maybe 10-20 euros more and I would recommend that over this.
