Each serving is 50 gms so fairly simple to calculate at 10 servings. However, I do not measure by weight but by tablespoon measure. I obviously under measure as I get in excess of 10 servings per tub. I hope this helps **Q: can you eat fruit, when you first using Almased** A: During the initiation phase we suggest to minimise your fruit consumption due to the sugar content and also to give your digestive system a rest however, once you start introducing regular meals then yes you can eat fruit.
