This is the best possible knife I have found for the job! It's safe due to its serrated edges, so not sharp enough to the touch to cause injury, but is 100% sharp enough on cardboard. Making it exceptionally easy even on very thick board. Plastic handle but rigid sturdy blade. I am unsure how long this will last but I have had it for about a year now and it still works well.
