**Q: How many servings does one 17.6 oz bag make?**
A: I didn't serve this alone but part of another dish. It plumps up quite a bit but all depends on serving size.

**Q: How is this prepared?  Does it cook up like pasta?  Thank you kindly. :)**
A: Cook it like pasta (al dente).  I'm not sure about cooking time and it varies depending on the age of the pasta. Start checking at 10 minutes.  Drain in a strainer, NOT a colander or you will lose most of it.  Good luck! It is especially good with chicken dishes (soup, stew, etc.).

**Q: The package photo shows wheat as the first ingredient, but the listing says gluten free.  Which is accurate? If gluten free, what are the ingredients?**
A: This is not gluten free.  Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, eggs
