Cake would probably end short of this so 8 inches where swirl pattern ends. **Q: Using in steamer..is that ok please?** A: It goes in a hot oven, so can't see why not, silicone is pretty durable. **Q: What is capacity of mould in litres?** A: Not sure. But it took 2 months to arrive!! **Q: Is it too wobbling. Do one have to put it on a tray for baking** A: No you don't have to but you could.
