## Questions & Answers

**Q: is it really small?**
A: It is a large teapot, makes 6 cups

**Q: Ia the cup dishwasher safe?**
A: No it's not sutible for dishwashers or microwaves , he is lovely though .

**Q: is it dishwasher safe**
A: I chose to hand wash this item just to keep it safe and make sure there is no wear and tear on the glazing, dishwashers are too harsh.

**Q: What is It made of?**
A: It states it's made of porcelain in the item description and I've no reason to believe it's made of anything else
I love the mug - it's quirky and I find it easy and nice to drink out of - despite its lopsidedness
I'd definitely buy another if the need should arise
Hope this helps

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Do I still have to sleep in the cupboard?”
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 18 September 2023*

Very cool mug. Looks amazing and is hand painted. Arrived in perfect condition. Great for any beauty and the beast fan and would make a great gift. Although, due to its movie accurate shape, you would need to take care when washing or handling it. Very happy with my purchase.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What’s not to love?
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 January 2023*

Seriously though - it’s Chip! How could you not love him?!Bought last year for daughters Christmas and she loved it then but am writing a review now because she told me recently that she still absolutely loves him 💕He’s also a gorgeous ornament on my dresser when he’s not being used 🤭

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chip Mug, that chips too easily
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 21 June 2021*

Like the other reviews, noticed that this mug chips really easily! Got one for my partner for Xmas and noticed a ding or two after a few uses. Got a new one as she did really like it, unfortunately the same issue even when handling with care. Now i think i'm the Mug for buying it twice! Looks cute though i suppose....
