This is a very economical way to grow sprouts - I only used 2Tbsp of Salad Mix (broccoli, radish, clover, alfalfa) for the jar on the right and 1/4 cup of mung bean sprouts for the jar on the left. I started soaking the sprouting seeds (purchased separately) on Sunday. It’s Wednesday, and they’re just about ready to ‘harvest’! I just sampled my first ‘crop’ and they are delicious … very fresh and tasty.
