Although not as convenient as capsules, I prefer this powder to tablet form, otherwise I would have to take so many capsules in order to reach 5g of product. There doesn't seem to be a singular tablet on the market which has this dosage. I would say the taste is a little odd with water alone but not a big deal - I bought the unflavoured one for health reasons. Reasonable prices and great product!

Great product works well, I bought this as a recommendation from a friend after telling him that after a hard session at the gym I ached for days causing limiting my days at the gym and all the hard work going to waste, he recommended this product and what can I say besides wow I took this one scoop every day with a protein shake and I didn’t ache at all I was doing 3 hour sessions days at a time and didn’t ache at all absolutely brilliant and the bonus is it doesent have a taste so I could mix it with a shake and couldn’t tell it was In there
