Review: Love it - Best tyre dressing product I’ve used out of all the products I’ve purchased in the past Once tyres have been deep cleaned ( I use elbow grease spray and a brush attachment on a drill then quick wipe with ISO 91% alcohol ) use the tyre dressing in two very thin applications. Then when you clean you vehicle which I do every week ! once dry you can just apply a quick wipe over with the dressing and they look superb. 10/10 wet look but not sticky like other products so does not attract to much dirt once applied.
Review: Basic but excellent tyre dressing. - As an experienced hobby detailer I honestly think this is the best tyre shine money can buy for the price. It doesn't cause sling like most of the more expensive dressings, it's not greasy and lasts a solid 1-2 weeks - depending on conditions and road use - but if you keep your tyres clean with some mild cleaner like rinseless wash or your car shampoo and a dedicated rag/sponge when washing (I.e not deep cleaning with a stiff brush and dedicated cleaner which I recommend doing for the first time) then this product builds up well to a lasting shine that easily lasts several weeks at a time regardless of the weather. Applied with a sponge applicator is the best method I've found, spraying 3-4 light or half sprays of the product onto the applicator rather than the tyre to prevent getting it on the wheels or bodywork. Work it in well with the sponge and leave to dry for a shiny finish. Although the best method in my experience is to apply it with the sponge and leave it for 5-10 minutes and then wipe off the excess with a clean microfibre. This helps even the coating and gives a uniform deep black satin finish which is my preference over wet or greasy looking tyres that look like it just came off a second hand dealership forecourt. If your tyres haven't been treated for a long time and have had a deep clean then you can re-apply a second coating after the first steps to get the deepest possible finish. Hope this helps.

**Q: Can Autoglym be applied to wet tyres ?**
A: If you want a nice shine (not artificial cheap tyre slick), wash the wheels and tyres and rinse down with cold water, whilst wet apply the tyre dressing so the side walls are wet. I normally dry off the excess from the wheel (not the tyre). Leave to dry before using the car. This leaves a lovely shine.If, however, you like a clean matt finish, just wipe off the tyre with a clean cloth after application. The finish is great as well, just looks natural and clean. You won't be disappointed.

**Q: After application of this Autoglym tire dressing, Does it splatter onto car body on the drive?**
A: This is a very good product, and much better than other spray applications I've used. Suggest using a small sponge or cloth and simply wipe on. I've also used products in the past which after driving in rain leaves a black residue on the alloys, but Autoglym does not.

**Q: Does this product damage the tyre in any way**
A: No not at all. Any water based tyre shine will not damage the tyre. The ones to avoid are solvent based products. The autoglym tyre shine is excellent.

**Q: Does it come with an aplicator pad?**
A: No Pad just spray on and leave to dry for a shining finish or wipe with a cloth for a Matt finish

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does it's job if applied often.

Upfront, I will admit that I prefer my tyres with a high gloss shine. Which is why I am reluctant to buy this product again. It keeps a nice clean semi gloss look during use, but will start to look tired towards the end of the week if you are doing over 100 miles. The first picture I have put is the tyre with 2 coats applied and how I like my tyres to look. The second one is after a 35 mile drive, overcast conditions with no rain / no standing water on roads. It's a great product, easy to apply, and a second layer for that extra gloss. But the durability is poor. If your car is your daily and you want more than a clean semi gloss, you will burn through this very quickly in reapplications. I have given it 4 stars as its marketed as a instant shine and not an endurance product, but RRP it's competing with other products which offer similar results with greater durability.
