I didn’t follow these instructions and still ended up with the same great results. One 250g pack can make about a bowl full of pearls. It’s about 1 3/4 cups of pearl in 250g. I cooked 1 cup to 7-8 cups of water. When the water was at a rolling boil, I added the one cup of pearls. I stirred and waited until they floated. I covered the pot and turned the heat down to medium. I simmered the pearls for 5-10 mins, sometimes stirring in between. I turned the heat off after 10mins and let it sit covered in the pot for another 2-5mins. Drain the pearls and rinse with cold water until it’s room temp. I left them in cold water for 10mins until I was happy with the chewiness/texture of the pearls. Serve it with honey or brown sugar syrup and add it to your favourite flavoured tea/drink.

A: I use them all the time and usually just boil it for three minutes until they bubble in the water and rise to the top then turn the heat off and take them out and place them in cold water for 20 seconds. You can add a honey coating to sweeten them. 😄

These are easy to cook and very tasty. They are well in date. It has the expiration date at the back and useful instructions to cook the pearls. I didn’t follow these instructions and still ended up with the same great results. One 250g pack can make about a bowl full of pearls. It’s about 1 3/4 cups of pearl in 250g. I cooked 1 cup to 7-8 cups of water. When the water was at a rolling boil, I added the one cup of pearls. I stirred and waited until they floated. I covered the pot and turned the heat down to medium. I simmered the pearls for 5-10 mins, sometimes stirring in between. I turned the heat off after 10mins and let it sit covered in the pot for another 2-5mins. Drain the pearls and rinse with cold water until it’s room temp. I left them in cold water for 10mins until I was happy with the chewiness/texture of the pearls. Serve it with honey or brown sugar syrup and add it to your favourite flavoured tea/drink.

I bought it to first time to try at home . You need to boil it for 12 to 15 min or until the bona float on the water and off the gas , cover it and keep it warm. If you cool it then it turns hard . So keep it warm or reheat 2 to 3 min when you add in any drink . These boba have no taste fo good , you can make it sweet or salty according to your taste . I add honey and lavender flavour in milk and it taste great.Now I buy them japanese online store and get it at 2.39 . The seller charging almost double price which is unfair . Rest these brand boba is good .
