Im a qualified beauty therapist and use it on myself all the time. I wouldn't recommend using on bigger areas like your legs but for smaller, sensitive areas its great. The hair needs to be as much fully grown as you can get it. You need to prep the area first by applying a small amount of oil (this stops the wax sticking to your skin) dab access oil and apply the wax in the direction of the hair growth, remove against hair growth. Apply the wax quite thick so you have something to grab hold of. You can always make a "lip" around the edge so you have something thicker to pull. Its easier to do small areas rather than try to do too much at once.
