The left was well, gauche to say the least. At this point, I greased the tool's threads and switched to a large adjustable wrench across the two external flats. Effort and insulting language shifted it. The puller is none the worse for it, probably because I shifted from an Allen to an adjustable and took care. For the money, a good piece of kit.
