The only problem is that you don’t always know when it is going to work! First off it tastes amazing, I got the cinnamon citrus and it tastes great. I don’t always take it every day however i have for a few days and then spread it out. I try to drink it in the evening and sometimes it works 30 minutes later and other times it has hit me the next day in the morning (preferred) or even later in the afternoon.
