We were able to live the shoe inner and place the Gel heel under there - this stopped it from shifting as you move. **Q: How do you stop these shifting when you put shoes on / walk please?** A: Personally not had a problem as long as you get correct size to fit shoes..also buy from cosyfeet too. **Q: How thick are they? How much height would they add to the user?** A: They are not too thick and don’t add any height they just cushion your heel **Q: Are the medium sized gel heel cups for ladies? And do they fit size 3?** A: I am a ladies size 6/7 and bought these to wear in my wellies which have an uncomfortable heel area.
