This pack is actually cheaper than many of the individual batteries I have seen for sale. I've been using them for a while now and have had no issues with the length of time they last. Equally i've had no trouble with defective cells, or leaking, so these appear to be both cheap AND cheerful! This is a far more cost effective way of buying these, and buying in such bulk means you're more likely to have one on standby. I have only used these in a bark collar. I use them for a dog anti-bark collar and a month in have used less than half the 10 purchsed.
