Not sure what you mean by comfort connector? **Q: Do you connect the - lead to the battery post if the battery is still in the car ?** A: Yes. Connect both leads to the battery permanantly and plug the charger into it as and when required. Works well if you have garden equipement with electric start, just put one of these on each machine and you can swap the charger about during the winter to keep them all maintained. I give them a week each from time to time.
