Air filter is a different size. **Q: instructions on how to install?** A: I cannot recommend purchasing this filter from Amazon. I wrote about it in a review. Does not exactly fit my 97 540i. There are no instructions. Open canister, replace. Close canister. **Q: Is the price on the site just for one filter or the set.** A: The price is for the set. Excellent price BTW. **Q: Does it’s fix bmw 650i 2007** A: I don't know if it will fit in your BMW. But, I suggest you Google online either the filter model number and see which models it fits or call your local BMW dealer to see which filter you need. It is a tight fit, but hardly difficult, just requires 5 seconds of patience. Insert on end, make sure it sits on the ledge, the compress to the other end. The pleats will flex a bit but the end result is a very snug fit. Once you have them in, press with the flat of your hand and make sure they are fully sitting on the ledge.You don't need a hard edge on the filter or any of the things they complain about. Mann makes very good filters.
