A family member recently diagnosed with polymyalgia rhuematica found it very hard to relax whilst sitting. This has made life very much more comfortable, and I imagine it would be great for the traveller, too.I have seen a couple of reviews from customers who say the filling leaks out - but that cannot be correct, as the filling is actually a single piece of memory foam incased in a cotton bag. That is the filling. There are no little bits to leak, and I was surprised by reading their reviews. Other reviews were fine, so I trusted them, and my gut, and went ahead.
