Several years on, I'm still using these on my Macbook. The letters are clear and stand out well against the black (unsure how they might fare on other colour keyboards). My main complaint is that they have a tendency to shift and move a little off-centre over time, and were a little fiddly to apply (which I'm sure all are, though). I'm also unsure how easy these would be to remove, so make sure you really want them before committing. tldr: durable and stand out against black.
