It's so good that one forgets how much a nuisance changing water temperature mid-shower can be! I have tried cheaper brands, but Grohe is worth the money. Changing the default water temperature is easy, if you want to (I like a hot shower). The water flow is a bit reduced for the shower part, to about 7l/min, so it is water-saving too. Make sure you have suitable shower head.

Good quality tap. Only downsides are that it doesn't always automatically switch back to tap and it is impossible to just get cold water from it. There appears to be a maximum range for the temp adjustment. The water saving feature is an annoyance but can overcome it with simple adjustment. Fitted onto existing pillars without difficulty.
