Tool-free and lever-actuated, WAGO's 221 Series wire splicing connectors easily, quickly and safely connect solid, stranded and fine-stranded conductors of different cross sections using two-, three-, and five-wire connectors. These connectors are available in two variants which accommodate 24-12 AWG and 20-10 AWG wire. Opening the levers on the 221 Series requires little effort. This means that you can connect conductors quickly – and without tools! While connecting the conductor, recessed handles on the sides ensure an easy, secure grip on the connector. For peace of mind, you can test the voltage from either side of the connector even when installed – one test point is in the conductor entry direction and the other is on the opposite side. This accessibility provides extremely convenient testing conditions, for a wide range of applications. In addition, mounting carriers are available for every 221 Series splicing connector.
