Too many variables to answer. If you have the rifle, scope and the Larue, just look for an empty bit of scope tube to mount it on. **Q: Are levels distracting? I can't imagine shooting beyond 100 yds. now without it. **Q: will this fit a vortex HS-T 4-16x44 ?** A: yes, it will fit on the tube of the scope, all hsts are 30mm tubes. if you are running a rail with low rings, the bottom of the level probably won't clear the pic rails with most brands of low rings. medium rings it should fit no matter what brand. my son's 6.5 has seekins low rings with an hst and I had to take about 1/16 of an inch off the bottom level cap. it is fairly easy if you have a vise and a file or a die grinder. **Q: Will thisfit my vortex diamond back 4-12x40 scope** A: As one previous poster has said, this particular Votex Optics Bubble Level is for a scope with a 30mm tube and your scope has a 1" tube. So, no, it won't fit your scope. However, Vortex makes a bubble level for scopes with a 1" tube.
