In the run up to a recent (July/August) holiday to Egypt, I was very apprehensive about the sun and tried to find something to help me combat the harmful rays and make sure that I didn't end up looking like a lobster! So I bought these and took one on at breakfast and if we were going to be out in the sun in the afternoon, I took one at lunch (along with wearing factor 50). Bearing in mind the temperature went in to the 50's most days, I only burnt once; that time was when I'd been snorkeling in the afternoon and I forgot to take my tablet at lunchtime. The best of it was I even got a bit of a tan (which is amazing for me!).
