A: No, currently these systems are not supported. x86 hardware is required.

A: No, this product requires a video card or onboard video to already be present in the computer. Please also make sure that the latest video driver is installed for the existing video controller.

**Q: I can't install the driver or there is no Audio, what do I do?**
A: If your laptop is IT managed by your organization, you may need permissions to install drivers. For audio, Sound Playback device in Windows should be set to USB Audio Device.
