They're very durable the only thing is the Velcro part is poorly put on. I put a little crazy glue on mine and it was good. Decent product. **Q: How do you determine the right length for your hands?** A: I've found it depends on what you want to use them for. So if you want just wrist and hand support get the shorter ones. But if you want to interlace through your fingers get the long ones. **Q: Is this a pair? or just a one?** A: It's a pair of wraps if that's what you mean. One for each hand.
