**Q: I am b12 deficiency and have been injected just the once. Will this work for me or should I go for the 1000 strength b12**
A: I use it combined, B Complex Liquid (excellent product!) and B12 strength 1000 mcg. It is good that all B vitamins are in balance, rather than taking only one (e.g. B12 only). Thus, the combination of B Complex Liquid and B12 seems the best option when one is deficient in B12.  It is important, however,  to avoid Cyanocobalamin, one of four types of B12 available, that is completely synthetic and uses a lot of important nutrients from our body in the process of transformation into a form our organism can use at all. The two types of B12 found in B Complex Liquid are both good options - Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin, together with Hydroxocobalamin (with a slight preference for the Methylcobalamin). Liquid form of B12 is to be preferred with as few ingredients as possible, e.g. purified water and B12 only. I hope this helps. :)

**Q: How many days suply is in one bottle**
A: There are 40 servings in this product based on the recommended 2.5ml serving (50 drops), however the serving size entirely depends on your nutritional needs. Kind regards, Metabolics.

**Q: it says not to be taken with juice ? then it should be with food or without food ?**
A: It should not make any difference if you are absorbing it sublingually (which you should be), as it is not being absorbed through your GI tract. It is likely discouraged to take with acidic foods (fruit juice) as it breaks down the vitamin/ prevents absorbtion.

**Q: No mention of gmo! is it certified free or not?**
A: I believe so...

Fantastic product!! I've been using this for about 6 months and I've definitely noticed a difference, particularly in my energy levels. When I first tried it, I began only using a few drops every day because I believe it's important to start slowly, particularly if you've had some health issues like I have. Even at this dosage, I noticed feeling more energised, more awake than I have in years!! My girlfriend says I'm like a different person! It's very easy to take. I just add it to a glass of water and have it with my breakfast or lunch. It doesn't have much taste, which is fine with me as you're supposed to have it with food any way. And I certainly prefer taking it to tablets. They use all the best active B vitamins available. For example, they use folate instead of the synthetic folic acid. I would advise looking at the Metabolics website to get more information about this marvellous product. I certainly won't ever take those fizzy energy tablets you get on the high street ever again. You know, the one that starts with a 'B'. They seem to be loaded with synthetic rubbish and don't even get me started about where their B12 comes from. I only take the full dose about 3 times a week now and that seems to work for me. One bottle lasts me about 3 months. It may seem expensive but when it comes to supplements, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this wonderful product!!
