Review: Great little notepad - This is a tidy little notepad that works well in the rain. Mine got a bit damp, but not sodden, so I can't comment on how it performs in a full on down pour. But from the few drops of water I did get onto it, it worked well. I was worried the pages would feel waxy and horrible to touch, but they don't. They do feel like normal paper which is good. The book itself is durable. I had it in m pocket for 4 days while hiking, and it held up very well.
Review: solid piece of kit - Does as advertised paper is water proof and was left to soak overnight with no reduction in performance or quality.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are the pages in grids format**
A: They 'could' be. I will explain... The pages are lined horizontally with a faint but solid line. They are also lined vertically with a faint but dashed line. So you can write on them like a normal notebook or you can use the verticals to help you draw, etc.

**Q: Can pencil notes be rubbed out with an eraser so the pages can be re used?**
A: Yes

**Q: Do i need to buy a special pen to write on this with?**
A: Hi Catherine, Not 'really', but I can give some guidance. Standard ballpoint pens work quite well on this type of non water-absorbing paper. Rollerball and water-soluble ink pens take ages to dry since they don't get absorbed into the paper so I would stay away from those. They will most likely smear. Marker pens with alcohol-type inks, like a Sharpie, for instance, work really well. Fisher Space Pens work fine but their ink can sometimes be a bit smeary in general, even on other papers. What also works really well is a Uni-ball Powertank, which is another write-anywhere pen.Pencils work too. I have tried a 2B pencil and it works great without cutting into the paper. I hope this helps. Regards.

**Q: Do i need to buy a special pen to write on this with?**
A: No, it works with standard biro except when wet. Then you will need a pencil.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks good.

The product appears to be what I expected but I haven't had a chance to try it underwater yet because of the lockdown.
