It took me a while to research options for personal sauna that I could afford, found this item and decided to take a chance on it. I'm glad I did because it works well for me and totally worth being a bit awkward to get in and out of and somewhat of a faff to dry out and refold for storage. These are small prices to pay for the benefits that come with a good steam session that leaves me feeling super clean and relaxed. I sleep so well afterwards! The fold out chair that comes with the unit is both uncomfortable and too low and close to the steam outlet for hotter temperatures, so I bought a shower/bath stool that sits higher and works well. Also, I put some large chamois cloths under the grey base cloth to help absorb water as the steam cools. Now experimenting with adding sachets of dried herbs in the boiling water for a fragrant steam.
