**Q: What size/brands of tofu does this fit?**
A: hi.  I have just measured the bit where you press the tofu and it measures 10cm x 12cm.  we use cauldron tofu and it fits perfectly well.

**Q: How long does it take to press tofu with the tofu press? Someone said it was much longer (hours) than the ez press (minutes). Why would that be?**
A: Hi, Thanks for getting in touch. The Tofuture press will remove the majority of water in minutes but the longer you press the firmer the texture is. I have never tried the ez press but I imagine it is the same. If the tofu is pressed too quickly it will squidge out at the sides. Tofuture's tofu press maintains the shape of the tofu and allows it to be stored cleanly in the fridge during the pressing.Hope that answers your question

**Q: Can you use it to press the water out of silken tofu?**
A: Hello, Yes you can. There are three hooks for the bands to be applied to, for slken tofu we recommend using the top hook and leave it to press for approximately 10 minutes. That will remove a good deal of the water without squashing it too much. Hope that helps.

**Q: Is Tofu press dishwasher safe?**
A: Yes, I haven't had any problems. I have always put it in the top shelf though.
