Review: Leaking and Horrible Experience - This iron started leaking brown water from the steam vents after only a short time of use. The vents are not clogged, yet dirty water keeps coming out and staining my clothes and ironing board. On top of that, it has been a horrible experience buying from outside my country. If I had bought it locally, I could have returned it and gotten my money back immediately. Instead, I am now stuck dealing with the Philips repair center to fix a product that should never have failed this way. Very poor quality and a complete waste of money.

This iron started leaking brown water from the steam vents after only a short time of use. The vents are not clogged, yet dirty water keeps coming out and staining my clothes and ironing board. On top of that, it has been a horrible experience buying from outside my country. If I had bought it locally, I could have returned it and gotten my money back immediately. Instead, I am now stuck dealing with the Philips repair center to fix a product that should never have failed this way. Very poor quality and a complete waste of money.
