But it’s a great daily cleanser that leaves you feeling squeaky clean without having any negative effects on the quality of your skin. There are products on the market that do that if that's what you want ,but me be proud of your colour not to lighten it. **Q: is it good** A: It's cleared up an eczema flare up within two days and my skin feels better than ever! You get a lovely clean feeling and finally my skin feels soft and supple. Way better than Cetraben and E45 and a fraction of the cost! This seemed very impractical since I have 2 showers a day on average and 1 bar lasted me about a week or 2 max. It left me feeling squeaky clean but you need to replenish the moisture as soon as possible, I used the Alaffia shower gel (another natural black soap) because it's moisturising and does a similar thing. I would use Dudu Osen on my face with my clarisonic, it was fine initially but quickly started to burn and I couldn't use it as often. My all time favourite black soap is the block bar (The one you can get from Coastal Scents, the big block of black soap that you need to cut up). I noticed my skin tone evening out after about a week and a half of using the block soap and it left me squeaky clean without drying my skin out so much. Also, I use it everyday on my skin and it is starting to clear up, I feel comfortable without make up and it.
