It comes with what seems so far to be a good quality silicon adhesive which, if you follow the instructions and allow the holding bracket to adhere to a clean dry surface then allow it to prime for at least 24 hours before hanging and filling the dispenser, it should last a good long time. Only time will tell if this is as durable as it seems but to date I'm very glad I bought it.
