The gold and blue packaging looks really sleek and professional. It has a plastic mascara wand with plastic tips. The mascara is so black and it makes my lashes look really thick. The mascara dries quickly and doesn't smudge. It is also waterproof so I suggest using a good makeup remover to take it off.
