It was easy to apply, adhered well to the surfaces, and smoothed out nicely for a tidy finish. Once cured, it formed a strong, flexible seal that has kept the weather out without any issues. It has held up well through rain and changing temperatures so far. Overall, a reliable sealant that was easy to work with and did a great job. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: do you need a gun to use this product**
A: Yes you need a ratchet type silicone tube gun. Range in price from £2 upwards in B&Q etc.. 
Cheaper ones work but are more prone to not pushing the plunger in the silicone tube square so there is more risk of the silicone coming out the back of the tube past the plunger instead of the tubes nozzle. This isn’t likely to happen with a newly opened tube of silicone however, just if you come to use an opened silicon tube in the future when the nozzle is likely to be blocked with set silicone.. if you follow what I mean...

**Q: It says pvcu trims / windows! am i right to believe they mean upvc? is this safe for use on upvc products?**
A: I've used it for pvc Windows and around the bathroom floor and it does the job

**Q: What shade of grey is this? Dark or light?**
A: Mine was light grey.  If you need a particular colour you should look for a mastic with a RAL colour number.

**Q: can this be used to seal around the edges of grey wooden flooring**
A: Yes it can, have sealed my floor with it, perfect for the edges.
