However this top coat has specifically been formulated to use with the Miracle gel range, so it will probably depend if you using this top coat over base color shades from the Miracle Gel range or the Color Therapy range. **Q: Is this definately the shiny finish** A: It gives a really smooth, salon look finish and neatens up any brush stroke marks too.
