My arm would get angry red, hot and sting. I've tried all sorts of lotions and potions. Someone mentioned epsom salts. So I thought I would get a bag and just try it out. It's not as costly as the potions and lotions I've been trying. It worked. I'm not saying it's gone, it's still there. But it looks healthier. At the moment I'm doing it on my arm to test it out. So far so good. Do not put the product on your skin semi neat...I did that and it hurt as hell. But didn't do it any damage luckily. Now I put it in a small spray bottle, the strength of it is entirely up to you. I spray it on, if it's your face, spray it on your hand first then pat your face, avoiding the eyes. Leave it for a bit, then wash it off. If it looks a bit dry after I put on some potion that calms the dryness down. It doesn't look angry red raw now, it just looks a bit dry. Less itchy. But using the salt has prevented me from using potions and lotions unless I have to.
