At the smae meal they also eat mushrooms which have been left in the sun to absorb the vitamin D, they then become a food containing the daily requirement of vitamin D, the yogurt supplies the calcium!Cool! Both Tesco and Waitrose sell these mushrooms, they cost the same as normal ones!But, calcium and vitamin D need vitamin K. We used to get it from milk, cheese, butter etc, when cattle was fed on grass, now they are grain fed which means we really need to supplement it, (how much kale can one eat?). We really need it if we are supplementing with Vitamin D.I chose this product because, after much research, I decided it was the best, it is also a good price and I am already feeling the benefit of taking it, I am feeling more energised and my teeth and gums are also responding in that my dental check was clear and before I had a gum infection which had affected my tooth and they were insisting on a root canal or extraction!Love it, thank you for providing what I need, in the right amount at the right price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So glad I purchased!!! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 21 April 2017* An update 6 months on.... I definitely feel as though taking the K2 daily has improved my lower back pain. To the extent that flare ups are rare and usually triggered by the obvious such as excessive driving or time spent seated. It’s given me enough confidence to start Pilates sessions which I was previously too fearful of triggering the pain to do so would suggest anyone with back pain gives them a go, you don’t have anything to lose!April 2017 - Early days but so far so good. I suffer from lower back issues (facet joint and disc) and was on the verge of contemplating a procedure to numb the nerves in my joint with a thermal probe. Was quite apprehensive at the idea of the procedure and read that taking K2 with vitamin D3 (which I was already taking) could help joints.
