Review: Awesome little sponges - These sponges are fantastic! ! I have a chemical free cleaning business and use enjo products from Austria. They are also fantastic and extremely durable and long lasting. They work very well with a marble paste for stubborn stains but I'd run out so decided to try the sponges on some rust marks on my own stainless steel work top. It worked brilliantly! So I tried it on my aga as they don't scratch and again fabulous! The sponge removed hot burnt on grease. When cleaning a house for the first time I love creating the wow factor and my enjo products and paste do just that but I have to admit that these little sponges do a remarkable job on stainless steel taps etc and bath tubs great for marks on walls!!! I shall be trying them on all smooth surfaces :-) the only downside is they don't last long especially if the surface is rough or has sharp corners etc. I still rate as 5 as they are brilliant. Well worth a couple of quid!! Amended review- fantastic on shower doors gets them looking like new!! So easy no scrubbing either. Tea stained sinks! Fingers marks on kitchen cupboards! Coloured marks on gloss cupboards and white bath suites! All erased without scratches!! I'll keep posting as I continue to try them. Just can't belive how quick and easy it is to remove scum grease rust :-)
Review: Bathtub is no longer disgusting! - These Magic Eraser Sponges really do work like magic. The bathtub at my flat was very stained. Even the "professional" cleaners who cleaned prior to our moving in were apparently unable to remove these disgusting ground-in stains. I tried everything---scrubbing with abrasives (which helped a little), several types of cleaners, limescale remover, etc, all to no avail. I really didn't think anything would work and even though in the past I've used the brand-name (Mr. Clean) eraser sponges for various cleaning projects with good results, I didn't have much hope for this bathtub. I decided to try these Magic Eraser Sponges because they are reasonably priced so I figured I had nothing to lose. I'm happy to say they worked a treat and the bathtub looks (almost) new. The stains are gone and all with very little effort (it took about 2 sponges to do the job). These are as good as the name-brand sponges. In my experience these sponges are perfect for getting rid of all kinds of stains and grime and all you need is a little water and just a small amount of "elbow grease". The only downside to them is their relatively short lifespan, but on the other hand, you save money by using less in the way of cleaners so it evens out. Highly recommended.

**Q: Can I use it to erase a dodgy past?**
A: Ha ha ha! Yes of course! It worked wonders for me.  My future is pristine ready for more dodgy stuff!

**Q: does the sponge contain any cleaners or ammonia etc please?**
A: There are no chemical cleaning agents, magic sponges work by a physical (scrubbing) process rather than a chemical one.

Magic sponges are made of a polymer called melamine foam - its constituent parts are formaldehyde, melamine and sodium bisulfite. The foam is microporous (it has microscopic holes), but the strands that make it up are very hard, so you end up with what acts like an incredibly fine sandpaper. This is how they clean, and why they're not suitable for certain easily-abraded surfaces.

**Q: Can it remove mark from wallpaper(made of paper)?**
A: I would use a slice of white bread on wallpaper - old solution for an old problem

**Q: The title says 10 sponges, when going to buy it says a pack of 1.  are there 10 in the pack or 1.  if it's only 1 it's far cheaper in the supermarket**
A: yes there are 10 sponges in the pack.....good size too and the price is good. Only bought these as my usual ones i buy from the supermarket were not on offer....do the same job

Having used branded versions in the past I was excited to try these to see how they compare. As a University student coming to the end of my tenancy I needed something to clear marks from the walls where I had hung pictures and posters. They are a really convenient size and fit right into the palm of your hand. With a little bit of water it easily cleaned the marks and left no damage to the existing paintwork which was just what I was looking for. I later tried it at getting marker pen off a wall and it also did that just as easily with a couple of wipes. If I were to say anything I would say they are slightly more flimsy than the Flash equivalent, however after cleaning 3 large walls the one I was using was still in shape and useable. If you were looking to extensively scrub something I think you'd find them break up fairly quickly. All around a really good staple cleaning product to keep under the sink!
