A: After installed a new m.2 ssd, you should format and partition it before use. You can use "Disk Management Tool" to format and partition the ssd, and then find it in Windows Explorer.

**Q: 2. Does the graphite cooling sticker come with package?**
A: Yes. Every S500pro nvme ssd comes with a graphite cooling sticker. The stinker is pasted on the ssd's top. Please must not remove it.

**Q: 3. Does the S500pro m.2 ssd work on a ps5?**
A: No. S500pro m.2 ssd is not compatitle with PS5.

**Q: 4. Why the usable capacity of the ssd that displays on a computer is less than its actual capacity?**
A: It is because different algorithm was adopted. Factory adopts Decimal. 1GB=1000MB=1000000KB. Computer system adopts Binary.1GB=1024MB=1048576KB. After tested, there is about 7% less if displays on a computer.
