Review: The diameter of the hole your spigot is going to sit in - This was exactly as described and installed it really did the trick. It's a simple mechanical piece that seems to be made of decent material so I suspect nothing can really go wrong with it. Wish I'd gotten two, actually. The only thing that one must be careful with is the measurement of the hole you need to insert it through. I assumed (yeah, I know), that they were standard from crock to jar, etc. It was a bit too big for my jar opening, but it was such a nice little spigot I was determined to figure it out, so got the dremel out and just made the hole a little bigger- voila. Works like a charm even though when I enlarged the glass opening it was slightly out of round. The gaskets are pliable enough, yet strong and large enough to cover any area that is slightly off. the BEST part about this purchase is that the company actually followed up on whether or not it I had received it and if it was working out for me. YAY for HUMAN CONTACT! I'll always be behind a company that doesn't forget that business is built on relationships. BRAVO, PANABAYCO!
Review: Good quality stainless steel spigot. - As you can see from my picture, this spigot looks and works great. It was difficult for me to attach the included washers to our ice tea jar. They are a little too stiff as the jar was leaking. I replaced the outside washer with a flat neoprene washer and no steel washer but used one each of the included washers on the inside. So far so good, it not leaking at all. This one replaces a plastic spigot which started leaking when I cleaned the jar. Overall we are quite satisfied with our purchase.

This spout is a beast! When taking out of the packaging, yes there’s not much directions to go by, But it’s easy to figure out what goes where once everything is lay out. Once on, This spout is amazing! No leaks, the spout actually feels more stronger and better quality than my glass pitcher now. Had to snug it against the glass very gently since this is well made and very strong, didn’t want to crack the glass Overall, I would highly recommend! If looking for a better replacement spout
