Easy to install. Way nicer than Airstream OEM *by H***T on Reviewed in the United States on December 23, 2020* Airstream makes great trailers but they do not have a lighting designer. The original lights are ugly, Wal-Mart shopping ready 6500K for that 2 AM shopping ambience inside your trailer.You don’t want 6500K in your house. Why would you want it in your RV?I have now installed these fixtures inside two Airstream trailers and the ambience is night and day difference. They are easy to install with the somewhat flimsy feeling, yet suitable enough spring clips. I installed 15 of these in about an hour. Simply pull out the OEM lights taking care the springs don’t get you like a mousetrap, cut the wires or remove from existing connectors (one of my trailers had crimp connectors, the other had WAGO), then wire the new one while observing + or - and pop them back in the ceiling.The 3000K color temp is so nice and the aluminum slim appearance pairs perfectly with the Airstream aluminum.I also used the reading lights with USB and nightlight feature by the same company to replace Airstream’s reading lights. They are great too. I will review those separately.Even if these only last a few years, they are a mere few dollars a piece and take a few minutes each to change. They provide extra brightness, look great, what's not to like? Big brand names cost 10x as much. So great comparative value. Warm white is very “warm”. Cool is slightly brighter. As well as “cool” white light. Tested only 2 of 60 so far. Springs are fragile and need 2 hands for install otherwise slip off retainer. Requiring minor re-assemble. Had one spring break, so that light is unusable. I’ve got about 30 and operational, and I love them. On my ammeter they draw 0.2 A at 12.8 V. Less than expected, given that they have decent life. I space them anywhere from 18 inches, which is minimal, to 27 inches apart, which is sort of a maximum. I use the warm lights in the state rooms and the cool lights in those heads or washer.
