I wasn’t sure what height I needed (5’6”) so I bought the adjustable one but don’t really need the add-ons. However, the material is very soft and comfortable and, more importantly, smoot,h so your leg slides in easily. The handles are well positioned which it makes maneuvering your leg into it easy - you don’t lift your leg over it, you slide your leg into it.
