We were getting close to a hundred calls a day from spammers, scammers, and a few legitimate businesses. Honestly, I assumed it wouldn't work and I would be returning the phone. I have never been happier to be wrong. I've had the phone for about 3 weeks and so far only 2 callers were willing to go through the process of getting past the blocker. Anyone programmed in as a contact rings right through. When I received the phone one of the handsets wouldn't take a charge. All it took was an email to AT&T and they mailed me a replacement. The only detractor for the phone is the back lighting for the keypad. It only lights the numbers. My aging mother who lives with me has a hard time seeing the answer and end call buttons.
