A: I haven't received mine as well. I should have heard something by now so I'm going to assume they don't send you a gift card or free product.  It's to bad because the product is good.

A: I would say a couple hours, also you put it on..wait a couple minutes as instructions say, then if you put any type of foundation or concealer .. i feel you totally lose any of the anti wrinkle effect.

### ⭐⭐⭐ I works Ok, but does not work like it used to.

When this product was in the smaller dispenser, it was more concentrated and it worked like it said within 60 seconds and dried completely within a couple minutes or so. It was fabulous for tightening and smoothing my under eye bags. I made sure to moisturize under my eyes a little before using otherwise it might get too tight and dry. I was so excited that I found something that worked that didn’t leave residue. (I do wipe off excess with a clean eyeshadow applicator before letting it dry). I’m not sure what changed, but they put it in a bigger dispenser, however it’s not as concentrated. You do have to follow the directions exactly and shake the bottle for a length of time before you dispense. It does work a lot better when you do that. But the tightening does not last as long as when it was in the smaller dispenser. Also be sure NOT to put any moisturizer on under your eyes with this recent version… and do not smile or do anything to disrupt it as it’s drying or you will find you need to remove and reapply. I hope this helps someone.
