## Questions & Answers

**Q: is it encryptable?**
A: If you're using the drive on a professional edition of Windows 10 or 11 then you can encrypt your flash drive with Bitlocker.

**Q: Can it be used on a imac**
A: Yes, if you're only using it on a mac, format it to HFS+ (Mac OS extended (journaled) format). If you have to use it with both PC and mac, make sure it's formatted to FAT32 or EXFAT (will be slower on the mac though but it's the only option to use on both).

**Q: Can I use this on xbox?**
A: Yes, but you need to accept it gives a slow reaction when you need to open something.

**Q: how can I turn off write protection please? using windows 11**
A: May I please ask you to try to format it to either exFAT or NTFS and see if it will fix the issue using PC or Laptop?

Please be advised that if you are going to format the card/drive it will delete all the files on it. So please save all your files before trying to format it.
