If you are interested in products not tested on animals, Amazon sells many great products that are truly CRUELTY FREE including makeup. (Just check that the parent company is cruelty free as well). I apply over my eye shadow and find that some dry out quickly or as soon as I start applying.** A: I find it to last as long as I'm applying, one reason I recommend this product.
